1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and mohd88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mohd88 website located at https://mohd88.one and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly should it change. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mohd88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mohd88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the mohd88 support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mohd88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

mohd88 operates a same-source withdrawal policy: withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. This policy is implemented as an anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is non-negotiable.

mohd88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of payment method. Withdrawals are subject to a mandatory verification check. mohd88 does not charge withdrawal fees, although your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps arising from bonus play.

mohd88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault with the Platform. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to your account balance. mohd88 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such voidance.

Winnings from legitimate bets will be credited to your account balance promptly following settlement. Settlement times vary by game type and market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mohd88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one member account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate advantage play, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to mohd88 support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or enabling any other person to use your mohd88 account.

Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, mohd88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and pursue all available legal remedies.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of mohd88 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mohd88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

mohd88's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mohd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from periods of Platform unavailability.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by mohd88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

mohd88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, fraud prevention agencies, and payment processors as required for operational and compliance purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

mohd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, mohd88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or in-account notification.
